The following is a report which I got from another website on the internet (listed in the links page and also below this story).

In the fall of 2000, Roy Wiks witnessed in Burnaby a very large unusual "aircraft", subsequently reporting it to the Vancouver Airport. From then on a series of further astonishing events occurred that became seemingly connected but all equally bizarre. The account below is possibly the conclusion of this string of remarkable sightings, phone calls and visitations. But who knows? Only time will tell.

The arrival of the year 2001 brought with at another two visitors to Roy Wiks door. Again unannounced. They appeared one day in January saying that they had come to see the "peculiar piece of jewelry"(Roy had found a mysterious watch).

These visitors were different in that they were at least six feet tall, very bony, according to Roy, with head, hands and feet out of proportion to the rest of their body. They wore gray suits that seemed to be "oily" (Roy's description), had black ties and hats plus wrap-around sun glasses that they never took off. When questioned about the glasses Roy was told that they could see perfectly well. Their ears stood out from their heads and their skin was pale white, whereas their fingernails were gray in colour. They never removed their hats during their visit. Throughout the whole time only one man spoke. The other took notes. When asked to produce I.D. they displayed "silver?" cases that contained a photo, an unusual symbol, plus their names in small print.

Entering the kitchen area they had to pass the inevitable microwave hazard. It was blinking. They asked Roy to unplug it. The two Persian cats were going crazy dashing around the room, meowing, and trying to get out of the window which was closed. The visitors also told him to turn the computer off.

Each man carried the inevitable briefcase with its inverted L-shaped handle. After asking for the unusual watch one visitor removed from his briefcase a steel or aluminum (?) container, 12 inches long, 3 inches deep and 2½ inches wide. As he slid the top of the container back Roy handed over the watch. Placing it in an extended position the person doing all the talking removed from his briefcase four small containers, about the size of perfume bottles. Each had a different coloured top. Opening two he proceeded to pour the contents over the watch. When Roy expressed alarm at this action he was assured that no harm would come to the watch. The liquid expanded very quickly filling the container, at the same time producing "steam (?)". Thirty seconds later the watch was extracted, leaving an accurate impression in the substance. Roy claims the watch and strap became darker in colour with silver speckles on the glass that could not be removed, as he later discovered. Then once again he was asked how much he wanted for the watch. Roy replied, "$500".

Without further discussion the spokesman opened up the watch, removed the small inscribed metal disk from inside the back. Closing up the watch he handed it back. His ever-silent partner at that point opened up his briefcase (which was full of money) reached in, extracted a bundle of money without counting it and Mr. Speaker said, "there's $250 US. If we need the watch then we will come back and give you the rest". Roy replied that he would be moving very shortly and that they wouldn't be able to locate him. "We know", he said. "Don't worry, we can find you if we want to." was the response. The currency prompted Roy to say, "Are you guys from the States?" To this question came the reply, "We come from a long way away".

At one point Roy lit a cigarette. "Tall, pale and silent" started breathing loudly as if he had asthma. His vocal companion told Roy to put it out. With that the suffering one produced a small silver bottle, slid the top back and poured the contents straight down his throat. He appeared to obtain immediate relief. Shortly after that they departed. Again, like their predecessors, with a marked absence of common courtesies, (i.e. thank you, etc.), choosing to blankly look at Roy's extended hand as they were about to leave. Once more Roy hurried to the bedroom window only to find, as before, no sign of either man could be seen, nor could any vehicle be heard departing.

The aftermath of this visit was to some extent a repeat performance of the two previous visits. Roy felt drained, had a severe headache that lasted more than two days, plus a rash on his arms, face and chest. He had also experienced a slight nosebleed during their meeting.

When the microwave was plugged back in it wouldn't work! When the TV was turned on sparks shot out of the back accompanied by smoke. This state of affairs lasted five days, at the end of that time it worked as well as before! This visit may be the conclusion of a quite remarkable series of sequential experiences. I have been asked several times as to the validity of the story and the veracity of the storyteller. In reply I can only say that I personally believe I am being told the truth as recalled. Without any shadow of doubt some strange things have happened in Roy's life and still continue. To write this stuff you deserve a Pulitzer Prize and an Academy Award for acting. I rest my case.
